“Perspective is as simple as answering this question: If I had 5 months to live would I experience this problem differently?”
.
“Never give a person a piece of your mind when all you really wanted to do
was give them a piece of your heart.”

Compare your Holistic-DMQ (Decision Making Quality) during a personal emergency, to that of talented doctors in Emergency Rooms.
Why are doctors able to exercise High-DMQ, while doing their tedious, time-sensitive and complex work to save people’s lives, while most people just try to stop shaking?
These types of situations play out for all of us, to a lesser extent,
professionally and personally, almost daily, with various decisions we must make.
.
Objectively, how well do you handle complex decision making under stress?
How are only a small percentage of people able use their High-DMQ, similar to exceptional surgeons, in almost every situation professionally and personally, while for most, their DMQ deteriorates substantially in direct correlation to the stress or fear they perceive, associated with their decision options?
Interestingly, one of the key sub-components of Holistic-DMQ, is Inner-Circle-DMQ (people who are in your inner-most decision-making circle). Typically, in challenging situations, people tend to lean more heavily on their Inner-Circles, to help them make decisions.

Thus; if your Inner-Circle’s DMQ is less-than-stellar, especially if they have hidden agendas, self-centered interests, etc., that typically won’t be revealed until later, often less-than-stellar outcomes are produced.
.
Yet; we wonder how we get ourselves into these positions.
Even worse, later on, we reflect to comprehend, what we possibly forfeited,
by making our less-than-stellar decisions.
Our devilish nemesis Regret, then surfaces days, months or years later. Sigh!
.
If we don’t change, all we need to do, is look in life’s rearview mirror… and we shouldn’t be surprised to see more of the same, through our windshields, unless Lady Luck intervenes!
Inner-Circle affirmation (vs. information, regarding our decisions) is one of the sneakiest paths to Low-DMQ.
.
At the same time, with deteriorated DMQ, many people bypass those who can objectively provide information (vs. more comforting affirmation) to help them reach the best objective decision! Other people’s Jugular Decisions will let you know whose Inner-Circles you’re in.
When we don’t succumb to Fear, we’re now capable of optimizing our Heart and Soul DMQ…. vs. our sub-optimized, rational Mind-DMQ. The eloquent part, the mind is so clever, it will always find what it is looking for to justify its decisions, to make it look good.
.
Unfortunately, the Heart and Soul will always hold us hostage with the truth.

Positive Social Impact: This same less-than-stellar DMQ process plays out, as observed by our lack of social progress. This cycle viciously repeats.
1. Proposed changes that will positively impact social issues
2. Fear sets in on the decision makers… simply because changes will need to take place
3. Less-Than-Stellar decisions are produced, to mitigate the risks and unfortunately the upside opportunities
4. Less-Than-Stellar decisions are implemented in less-than-stellar ways, by less-than-stellar leaders,
who are more concerned with their personal situation, than changing the lives of others
5. Very little changes… so… we just keep repeating steps 1 through 4, with better PR, to make it look like things are changing
Therefore; our teams only look and work with Top-7%’ers to implement our Fresh, Intelligent Social Impact solutions.
They are the only ones who “get it”, and then can get done what needs done, to change millions of lives.
Our current initiative with Top-7%’ers… creating 100,000+ Scholarships aligned with DEI.
Do you know universities, committed to DEI, who are capable of collaborating, to create 1,000+ Scholarships?
Our Intelligent Social Impact model can fund 1,000+ new College Scholarships,
aligned with DEI; and, be implemented at any U.S. college!
The coolest part…Intelligently…
it doesn’t cost the university or donor corporations a net $0.01 to implement and fully fund!
