Do You Provide the Gift of Failure-Enablement?

“No human ever became interesting by not failing.

.

The more you fail and recover and improve, the better you are as a person...

.

Ever meet someone who’s always had everything work out for them with zero struggle?

.

They usually have the depth of a puddle. Or they don’t exist.”

Life is often a treacherous trail filled with unknowns and mirages!

This realization of the unknowns, can cause significant unrest for most people.

Thus; most people proactively make decisions, take actions, etc., in an attempt to mitigate what they believe are potential risks, likely to arise in their short-term future.

Proactively creating your future, appears on the surface, to be an intelligent approach… and often, it is! My favorite approach to watch, is the Blissful Dance called, “All-In” (a future blog topic).

Interestingly; nothing in our lives is one-dimensional. Thus; every decision we make, impacts and changes all future decision opportunities… as it should.

What happens when others are making proactive decisions that impact you?

Will you attempt to intervene to help them create decisions that benefit you… or… will you provide them the space to create the Gift of Failure-Enablement? (Hint: they’ve already made up their mind… well before they’ve introduced their need, to make a decision, to you. If you genuinely love them, be nice, as this will go a long way in helping their self-esteem and accept their Gift of Failure-Enablement graciously.)

Providing the Gift of Failure-Enablement is a spectator sport. You just watch as decisions are made that will impact you. Just be honest with them, but don’t attempt to persuade decision makers, to make decisions that favor you; for this approach is the only way to find out who they really are.

Gift of Failure Enablement is an extremely difficult skill to master; yet it is the only truth-serum available for tough decisions.

,

Words… cost pennies on the dollar… whereas… jugular decisions are priced in hearts, souls and life-impact. Further; we must keep in mind, using “excess available money” vs. “core needed to live on money” complicates the decision making process and other people’s “cleansed” intentions.

Professionally:  In launching our 100,000+ DEI Scholarships’ Initiative, we’ve met with universities that have gone to great lengths to move this forward; as well as, universities who couldn’t care less whether DEI students are able to attend their university or not.

.

Our team can only share the opportunity with the universities; then, we must provide them the Gift of Failure Enablement.

Personally:  Genuinely being yourself and accepting how you are honestly received by others can only be accomplished… by providing others with the Gift of Failure Enablement.

.

This will tell you everything about any relationship. Welcome their

choice to jettison you out of their lives with open arms!

.

Appreciate their “cleansed” decisions… as these demonstrate their genuine honesty and supersede any, possibly well-intentioned, but fictitious words previously shared.

When we are genuinely ourselves… we enable others to beautifully

mesh with their genuine values… which is a pulchritudinous dance!

Do you know universities, genuinely committed to DEI, who are capable of collaboration, to create 1,000+ Scholarships?

Our Intelligent Social Impact model can fund 1,000+ new College Scholarships, aligned with DEI;

and, can be implemented at any U.S. college!

The coolest part…Intelligent…

it doesn’t cost the university or donor corporations a net $0.01 to implement and fully fund!
