It’s nearly impossible to have a head-on collision on a one-way street, especially in a car equipped with a collision avoidance system!
Is your decision-making style, as an executive or person, primarily self-centered, one-way (your way) and equipped with an overly-sensitive collision avoidance system to mitigate your risks?

Pause… No disrespect, but if you’re able to describe a 12+ month Window of Amazing in words… you haven’t experienced Amazing… because there aren’t words to describe it accurately.
Most struggle to even recognize Amazing.
If it is recognized, most struggle to figure out what to do with it.
The most common outcome is forfeiture of Amazing, due indirectly to multiple ways of under-appreciation.

Only after many Bad to Very Good years, do people realize what they had previously forfeited.
Amazing is the piece de resistance at the extreme top of the Life’s Experiences Spectrum!

Great, Awesome, Super are wonderful, but just aren’t the same as Amazing!
Back on Track… We have choices to make on our journey in life. Our Holistic-DMQ (Decision Making Quality) determines the range of possibilities on this spectrum. The spectrum ranges from Bad to Okay to Good to Awesome to Amazing. It’s important to realize:
- Safer, social-norm-aligned decisions tend to result in outcomes in the Bad to Okay to Good ranges.
- Unorthodox decisions carry more risk of failure, while providing the only opportunities for us to reach Amazing.
- Nothing lasts forever; regardless if you select a safer social-norm course of action that takes you to Good vs. pursuing Amazing. Good may not last as long as you’d like… and, you forfeited the years of opportunity for Amazing.
Life is short and flies by faster than a Peregrine falcon on a dive mission.
Since our time is extremely short and each of us is unique… choose wisely!
Professionally, most people love getting that steady income every two weeks. I remember being on that safe one-way street, even in the Top-1% for income, while leading National initiatives in Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations, etc., for Global 500’s. Some new ideas that I’d implement, added $5 to $45 Million of Net Income per year to their bottom-lines. Did my steady, attractive check change? No it didn’t, but in exchange for about $35 Million on average, they’d provide a promotion! This was Good… not Amazing.
In changing careers to be an entrepreneur with a Social Impact focus while leading a Holistic, Purpose-Driven life, I discovered what Amazing looked like professionally! Yes; there are many more thorns, but that’s where the roses in life grow.
Personally, I was completely oblivious (but naively didn’t know it) to the existence of Amazing until an intelligent lady came into my life to show me the difference. Although we’ve gone our separate ways, it changed me forever, for the better as I personally work toward becoming Amazing. Now, for me, it’s Amazing or nothing in relationships. Yes; Amazing enables you to realize the stark difference between Very Good and Amazing!
Life’s short and Windows of Amazing (windows of time when it’s Amazing) are even shorter!
