A Surprisingly Simple Process (Really!)

1. Intelligently Explore Potential Opportunities

We’ll explore your top-3 opportunities, evaluate 2 of them and mutually select 1 of them to complete a written assessment.

3. Jointly Establish Agreed Upon Baselines

We’ll jointly create, understand and implement reliable metrics. These will be used to establish the baselines for calculating new Net Income streams. The process will be completed with mutual integrity.

2. Collaboratively Complete an Assessment

We’ll collaborate to complete an initial, materially-accurate assessment of the opportunity selected in step #1. For more complex consulting and customized work, a more in-depth assessment will be completed.

4. Responsibly Create New Net Income Streams

We’ll work together intelligently, respectfully and with a sense of urgency to get new Net Income streams flowing. Ultimately, a percentage will flow to the previously agreed upon Non-Profit(s) / Social Cause(s).

Why Bother? Who’s Needs Us to Succeed?

Yes; it’s a Bother!

It’s easier to take the path often traveled … and not explore anything new. Sadly, we understand and observe this inaction, far too often.

Who Would You Rather Be?

Would you prefer to change places with the person in need of food, housing, education, fresh water, a mosquito net (Malaria protection), basic medical supplies, etc? Or; would it be easier to increase your Net Income and share a small percentage with those in need of a hand up?

If Not You (Successful Organization & Executive Leader) … Then Who?

We believe and observe, time and again, the best leaders with high Decision Making Quality and a Vision for Possibilities, are the ones with the ability to “bother”. They intelligently explore new ways to run their organizations better and genuinely lead “purpose-driven lives”. They are the exceptions who help mend the one, unbiased social fabric that connects us all. Are you an exceptional leader?

Looking for the Next Step?

It’s almost painless. With your permission, we’ll explore possibilities and provide a short, no-cost assessment

Time is a finite resource. Let’s both give it the respect it demands. We’ll request 3.5 hours of your time, or less. From there, if you like what you see, we’ll collaborate further.

Lots of Good Reasons to Hire People with Autism – By Dr. Temple Grandin

During my career in the livestock industry, I worked with many talented people who built the structures I designed. If some of these people were young students today, they would probably get diagnosed with either autism or ADHD. There is a segment of individuals with autism who would be very good at one of the highly skilled trades such as an electrician, plumber, welder, or mechanic. There is a severe shortage of people in skilled trades. The more mathematical individuals with ASD should go into computer science. Half the programmers in Silicon Valley are probably autistic.

.

Why are people with autism so good at either a skilled trade or computer programming? Both careers require careful attention to detail, and a perseverance to get a project completed. When details are overlooked, the project may fail. The world needs people with autism to get things done.

The Rare Neurological Disease Known Only as SLC6A1

Maxwell and Riley Freed were born on March 27, 2017. At around 4 months, Maxwell’s parents (Amber and Mark) noticed that he wasn’t progressing like Riley. Maxwell showed intent, but could not use his hands and could barely move.

In May, Amber and her husband were led to a cold, sterile diagnosis room at Children’s Hospital where doctors confirmed the unspeakable. Maxwell had a rare genetic disease that was essentially wreaking havoc on his neurological system.  The disease is too rare for a formal name and is only known by the gene – SLC6A1.

Amber left her career and began calling scientists and found hope. Maxwell’s disease is a candidate for gene therapy replacement which would restore his neurological system function. A group of scientists at UT Southwestern in Dallas were willing to develop the therapy that would not only help Maxwell, but every child with this condition.

SLC6A1 Connect is an opportunity to impact a multitude of children with a rare neurological disease called SLC6A1. The disease is known only by its genetic location and is the 10th cause of autism, 6th cause of epilepsy and plays a major role in all psychiatric conditions. SLC6A1 can be treated via gene replacement therapy. A brave group of parents is raising $1,000,000 to advance a clinical trial at the University of Texas Southwestern. This treatment will create new treatment options for autism, epilepsy and psychiatric conditions and also pave the road for future genetic therapies.

Amber and Mark have used their resources for initial funding, but still need to raise at least $1,000,000 in the next year. If we do not raise the money, the research will be tabled due to lack of funding.

Both Companies and Individuals Can Help

1. Companies can use IPG Social Impact’s cost-saving services to save $1M+. We’re asking that a minimum of 10%, or $100,000 per $1M saved at your company, be donated to the 501(c)(3) (EIN is 83-1415567) for this cause. Please include “Maxwell Freed” in the “Message” box on our “Contact Us” webpage.

2. Individuals can donate to the already established GoFundMe account ($300,000+ as of May 13, 2019).

The following poem was written and dedicated to Maxwell Freed and his family in May 2019.

A Mom’s Story

Having a baby is like a beautiful dream

Being a parent is such a glorious blessing

But there is nothing more magical and prodigious

Than holding your precious first baby in your arms

You’ll never forget this fascinating experience

The whole world stops for a while. And only you

Can define what it really means to be a mom

And your life will never be the same

Mother’s love is unconditional and pure

She will do anything to make her children smile

She protects them, supports them, defends them…

But will never let them down or break their hearts

A mom is a great story of infinite sacrifice

She is a fearless hero, a full-time movie star

Always with you, whatever will happen

You are her little miracle, her little baby forever

You can’t imagine what a mom is going through

When her little angel suffers and cries

When darkness falls upon her heart

When tears and fears become her friends

Please mom, don’t give up…

A familiar voice haunts her dreams

She wakes up in the middle of the night

Knock! Knock! Who’s there?

With a shaky hand, she opened the door

‘Hope’ is in front of her, she smiles and decides

She will fight for her baby till her last day

This is why moms are awesome in every way
