Why? Our Story
“Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.”
Steve Jobs, June 12, 2005
Commencement Speech at Stanford University
I ask leaders to pause; imagine you’re meeting your maker, sooner than you’d “planned”. Now, watch the 5-minute video of your entire life. Do you love what you see?
Watching my video and realizing, my success, education, hard work, titles, etc. paled in comparison to what I could accomplish using my Talent Portfolio to primarily help others!
Sigh! I wasn’t hungry nor foolish, just successfully complacent. While continuing to develop and deepen my Talent Portfolio, it wasn’t clear on how to best use my talents to help others. This was a sad realization, particularly in light of living in a world so desperately in need of significant, positive social impact.
It’d be great to write checks for large amounts to social causes. But; what if we could use our team’s and our business partner’s talents, to create new, large and sustainable income streams through collaboration with mid-sized to large organizations? Everyone on our team and our business partners, have wholeheartedly begun supporting this initiative.
The Social Impact model was born.
Foolish? Yes; so many have told us. No, to the millions of people in need of a helping hand-up. They are counting on you and me to make this model overwhelmingly successful.
Together, we can produce new wells for those without fresh water, new housing for those who are homeless, new medical facilities for those who are sick, new educational opportunities for those with curious minds, new social equity for those who are oppressed, etc.
If you’re an executive leader (if not this group, then who has the vision, decision-making authority, appreciation for their bountiful blessings, etc.?) of an organization that could possibly benefit from new Net Income streams: Will you help us, those in need and yourself?
If you’re an executive leader of a Non-Profit, will you collaborate with us and companies, hospitals, etc. to positively impact your new, will-be beneficiaries?
By the way, that video of your life I mentioned above, for most in the U.S. (less approximately 7,500 per day), if you don’t love what you see in your video, they’ll be filming tomorrow.
Will you help us mend the Social Fabric that unbiasedly connects us all?
Your organizations, non-profits, families and our one,
shared world … painfully await your best you!
Today … Get, Stay and Always Be Making A Difference!
Warmly and with the utmost reverence! JR and the IPG Social Impact Team

How It Works
